Rwanda Genocide Commemoration
1994 saw the mass killing of approximately one million Rwandan Hutu's and Tutsis by the Hutu Government over a period of approximately 100 days. Other tragic events have occurred to add to this already tragic event.16 years later, it is essential that we celebrate the lives of the survivors and showing our undying support while paying our respects to those who lost their lives. They were all TRUE heroes who should NEVER be forgotten.
THA JUMP-OFF
Guyz the TYM has come to JUMP-OFF the horrid UCT wagon and that academic ride and PWaaarttty HARDEST.... as in we shall pick u all up off the pavement becoz we want you to party that hard! that's our promise!! iTS gonna be a JAMM.... without bread or butter... but jaaast AWESOME!! We'll be having some killer ASS Disc Jockey's (who says that?) i mean KILLER DJ's, like TINO, DOMZ, LA, Buhle G and even HOTTER than HOTT DJ's WILL and OZY... they play what you wanna hear..... what is that you ask?? Aaahhh GUYZ errthang.... Hip-Hop, EA muzik, Ragga or is it Reggae? BOTH actually! and for our curious FOLK, who joined becoz we love them.... we have House and all other thingz guyz wanna hear (at a party!?!).... which as i say.. again.... AWESOME TYMMZ to come!!

Tanzanian Hip Hop Star Mwana Fa's concert In Cape Town
One of the hottest Hip Hop artist in East Africa and Chanel 0 2009 video award nominee Mwana FA aka Binamu at the VIP room before his performance in Cape Town

Performing for the first in Cape Tow last night, A Tanzanian Hip Hop star Mwana Fa proved to his Cape Town's fans that he is indeed the one of the best Hip Hop artist in East Africa and even Africa.
The star stepped on stage at midnight and performed for two hours straight. Performing his new and old Hits, Mwana fa moved the crowd and made everyone go crazy.
Mwana fa's performance was preceded by Blackryno's performance who just like Mwana Fa made the crowd go crazy to the point that security people had to intervene as the fans were jumping into the stage.
"I love my fans and i will do anything to make them happy" said Mwana Fa who apart from singing he is also doing his Master in finance at Coventry University in London UK

Tanzanian Hip Hop Sensation KHAMISI MOHAMMED MWINJUMA aka Mwana Fa aka Binamu will be landing in town tomorrow for his performance on Sat at 4 Ways in town next to KFC parade. The show will start at 9pm but the star will step on stage at midnight.
Dj Domz, Cape Town's finest DJ (from Tanzania) will also be in the house.
Hotslice had a moment with Dj Domz he had this to say about Mwana Fa "I have seen him performing and there i s no doubt he is one of the best Hip Hop artist in East Africa 'I'm looking forward to his performance as i have not seen him performing outside Tanzania cant wait to see what he can offer the Cape Town crowd."

While a kenyan gay couple marry, Ugandans have a different view !!
The Bill introduced by Ndorwa West MP David Bahati would see a death penalty imposed on anyone engaged in gay sex, or when the accused is HIV-positive.
Homosexuality is illegal in Uganda. “This draft bill is clearly an attempt to divide and weaken civil society by striking at one of its most marginalised groups,” said Scott Long, the director of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Rights Programme at Human Rights Watch.
But Mr Bahati yesterday insisted the Bill be introduced, saying; “Homosexuality is not a human right at all.”
